  • Cost: $1,478.00 per team
  • Format: 3 games unless otherwise agreed.
  • Roster Size: 28 players - 22 can dress for game.

NOTE: The showcase is not responsible for teams that "no show" for a scheduled match. We will report the team to that organization, state association and governing entity for disciplinary actions.

All teams should be prepared to play Friday Night.

Format: Refine your technique and showcase your skills at this College ID Clinic featuring comprehensive skills, drills, and competitions, plus, situational 4v4, 8v8, 11v11 sessions and more. The College I.D. Clinic gives participants the opportunity to work with and, be scouted by college coaches. Learn what they are looking for in a prospect. Hear from attending college coaches and former professional athletes who share insight on how to be recruited.

Showcase Important Information



Showcase & College ID Clinic staff has been providing un-parallel support and service since 1989.



Accepted Teams traveling > 50 miles from Dallas MUST stay in one of our designated partner Host Hotels.



Once your team has been accepted, our hotel concierge will contact your team manager/coach and begin organizing and communicating your needs with our premier hotel partners.

The goal is to make your stay more enjoyable and rewarding which is why our premier hotel partners are including amenities in your daily rate that range from a complimentary Welcome Social, full hot breakfast served daily, free or discounted parking, complimentary wi-fi, and team strategy space! Don't be surprised if they offer a complimentary or discounted team coach and/or manager room, room upgrades, or early check in and late check out, PLUS more!



Have special housing needs/request? Just let our hotel concierge know and we will make sure your premier hotel host is aware.

NOTE: Players/Families without a confirmed reservation within the allowed timeframe are considered not participating. Parents, if your child is not attending, notify your team coach/manager ASAP, not us, so they can remove your child from the team roster, and we will try assist with guest players.



Check in Deadline: November 27, 2025 - Midnight

Once your team is accepted, you will be emailed login credentials for your respective  Team Area . Remember to check your email spam folder for information. All teams MUST check in prior to their first game being played.



Required Documents

Each team is required to upload 1 copy of their Final Official Team Roster, 1 copy of all Guest-Player releases (if needed), 1 copy of your Permission to Travel form (if needed), 1 copy of all rostered player's Player ID Card, and 1 copy of Coach & Manager ID Card.



Permission to Travel

Any USYS team outside of North Texas will need to upload their Notification/Permission to Travel from during check-in (US Club teams do not need to provide permission to travel).



REMINDERS:

  • Your roster can have 28 players - 5 of the 28 can be guest players with 22 players allowed to dress for game/match.
  • You can NOT mix AYSO, USYS, USSSA, & US Club players to make a roster.
  • You will need to upload your OFFICIAL team/game roster.

Showcase Game Schedule

Our goal is to publish on or before November 21st, 2025. We will not begin your team schedule until your housing accommodations are confirmed by our Hotel Concierge.

  • All special needs including same coach multiple teams, travel, etc. MUST be made at the time of application. We will do our best to accommodate.
  • Showcase game schedule can not be adjusted for unrelated events including SAT/ACT testing, other sporting events, etc.

IMPORTANT: IT charges $150 for changes/request made to the game schedule unless the error on their part.

Age Chart: 2012=14U - 2011=15U - 2010=16U - 2009=17U - 2008=18U - 2007=19U

Showcase Games

Played at The University of Texas at Dallas, MoneyGram Soccer Complex, R.E. Good Sports Complex, and McInnish Soccer Complex. Showcase games are played Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Teams should be prepared to play Friday as early as 6:00PM and as late as 2:20PM on Sunday.

Showcase Format

Games are 2-40 Minute half's with a 5-minute halftime.

Teams have 3 games unless otherwise agreed upon. Games will be adjusted for weather if needed - see  Showcase Rules 

Rules of the Game - Key Points

  • The HOME team will supply 3 suitable game balls, which are subject to referee inspection and approval.
  • The HOME team will wear white or light-colored jerseys. Each team must have an alternate color jersey for all players in case of color conflict.
  • Player jersey number must match the official match roster. All players MUST wear shin-guards during the game and be dressed appropriately.
  • Coaches and/or players sent off during a match are not allowed to play/coach in the next match for that team. Players/Parents/Coaches who exhibit behavior that's considered and offensive will be asked to leave the park.

WHAT IS COOL - Showing respect for everyone and following the rules. WHAT IS NOT COOL - Offensive language and aggressive behavior.
