General Rules

Team Eligibility: This event is open to United States based teams registered through their respective sanctioning organizations including and not limited to AYSO, US Soccer, US Youth Soccer, MLS Next, USL, USSA and US Club, as well as international teams properly registered through their National Governing Bodies and Provincial Associations.

Important all teams and member players, guest are registered to participate, has a medical replease and utilizes the Showcase Event Participation Medical Release & Hold Harmless Agreement.

Game-Match Facility Owners & Operators control the fields. TOSE & Attendees are required to follow the facility rental/use guideline.

Why must teams/participants/guest follow the Stay -To- Play housing guidelines?

Great question. Working in partnership with the local cities, they are able to help negotiate an inclusive rate which usually includes a welcome social for parents and players, complimentary self or valet parking, full hot breakfast, team strategy rooms, upgrades, early check and or late check out and more. This ensures your stay is enjoyable and you are not being charged for services above the quoted rate.

On average 4 kids to a Quee/Queen room averages about $25+/- per person per night.

When you check out, you will notice part of the tax collected is called an occupancy tax (often called a "bed tax" or lodging tax) because state and local governments mandate it by law.

Almost all hotels doing business in the City is required to collect and report these funds directly to local authorities to support tourism, infrastructure, and municipal services including the park facilities we rent where match games are played without overburdening local residents.

By letting the Cities know which hotels our guest are utilizing, the City can anticipate these tax dollars collected are sent and they can continue to keep our roads, parks and communities in good working condition for future visitors and guest just like you.
